Hand carved mahogany clock on the staircase of the Titanic. — The interior of the R.M.S. Titanic was lavish. It offered every luxury that could be enjoyed in 1912. After the mechanics of the ship, the interior was the most detailed. Hand carved oak, teak and maple woodwork was everywhere. Only the most lavish furniture was used.
